Restorative Play
Quality Play is like getting a massage. Sometimes you don't realize how much you needed it until you have it. A part of you relaxes that didn't notice is was tense.
When we recall these qualities of
presence, curiosity, patience, play, we move more creatively in our day-to-day. Fostering safeness within, to learn and explore, without judgement, has a way of rippling out.
