Fostering Resilience Through Purposeful Play!
Flow in Love LLC was created in Spring of 2020 by Brittany Rae, as a way to spark joy and connection, and support self-care.

It has blossomed into Eugene, Oregon's home for all things hoop flow, offering classes, private lessons, hand-made hoops, "Build-a-Hoop Playshops", performance art, event entertainment, and curated experiences for teams, families, and relationships to grow stronger and more connected.

Brittany Rae has a special way of helping folks feel safe to explore newness. She reminds people to be patient and gentle with themselves as they learn, and cultivates an environment where "there is no getting it wrong".

"Hoop dance changed my life by showing me that I am capable of more than I thought, and infusing my life with vivid joy, deep satisfaction, and quality connection, inside and out (there is no community like the hoop community)!

It beckoned me to shift my internal narrative; I realized I could only successfully learn and enjoy my dance when the voice in my head was patient, kind and supportive. Now 15 years in, I can say with absolute confidence that learning hoop dance was the best choice I ever made. I share this art because of the profound impact it has had in my life."
