A connective community event encouraging exploration of Flow State and “flow props” such as hoops, poi, staff, juggles, etc.. There will be some available to borrow or buy, but bring ‘em if you’ve got ‘em!

An evening of outlandish fun and connectivity! Dance, flow, learn, play!

One Hour Hoop Flow Class: “Surprise Yourself!”
Let go of what you think hooping “should” look like and get curiously creative while exploring these playful circles, with Brittany Rae as your guide! Gift yourself an “ah ha!” moment or two!
